At VIBGYOR, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you're not perfectly satisfied, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your VIBGYOR account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original tags into the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
